The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has announced a 40-man preliminary squad, including rebel players, for the international friendly against Bangladesh in October.
A friendly match will be played between Nepal and Bangladesh on October 11. Players who rebelled against head coach Abdullah Almutari have also been called into the team. Almutari had earlier called 26 players, including forward Anjan Bisht and midfielder Tej Tamang, who were involved in the revolt.
However, ANFA appointed Pradeep Humgain as the caretaker coach for the match citing the fact that Almutari was on leave. HumaGain has announced a 40-member preliminary squad consisting of young and experienced players.
