Sandeep in Australia’s Big Bash League ‘Draft’

Nepalese national cricket team captain Sandeep Lamichhane has been included in the ‘Draft’ of the Big Bash League (BBL) for the season 2022-23. There are 169 foreign players, including Sandeep, in the ‘Draft’ of Australia’s franchise cricket league BBL. These players are from 13 different countries.

The BBL team will introduce foreign players to their team through ‘Draft’ on August 28. The BBL team is going to bring foreign players through ‘draft’ from this time. According to Cricket Australia, Sandeep is the only player who deserves to be ‘retained’ by the Hobart Hurricanes this time too.

Sandeep has previously played for Hurricanes for two consecutive seasons. Before playing for Hurricanes, Sandeep played for Melbourne Stars for two seasons. Sandeep has played 43 matches in BBL in four consecutive seasons. In which he has taken 48 wickets. His best performance in BBL is 26 runs with 3 wickets.
